NCJW BCS MEMBERS AT THE YCS FESTIVAL OF FLAVORS

YCS Festival of Flavors posterOn Monday, November 3, 2014, at the Park Ridge Marriott, a group of NCJW BCS members had an opportunity to express their love for YCS kids through their love of great food and wine. YCS is one of the community services supported by our section. We savored culinary specialties from some of New York and New Jersey’s most celebrated restaurants, tasted all types of cuisines, and sampled and purchased fine wines and bid on auction items. As the folk at YCS say “What better way is there to feed the soul, when every morsel you enjoy and every bid you place will help us help a child in some way. YCS feeds, clothes and provides for over 4,500 displaced children per year with the aid of generous folks like you. Festival of Flavors is a way to raise funds, hopes and spirits with one unified effort.”
