A Faith in the Future. A Belief in Action.

FIRST LADY OF NJ TAMMY MURPHY FEATURED SPEAKER AT NCJW NOVEMBER 12 GENERAL MEETING

Despite falling temperatures, the atmosphere at the November 12 General Meeting of National Council of Jewish Women Bergen County Section was warm and welcoming.

Four outstanding women, spearheaded by NJ First Lady Tammy Murphy and joined by State Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg; Casey Olesko, Communications Director for the Planned Parenthood Action Fund of New Jersey; and Amanda Missey, CEO of Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative, informed us of the strengths and challenges facing women’s health and reproductive rights. Many were inspired to advocate for reproductive health, rights and justice, an NCJW priority action area.
