On Thursday, September 15th National Council of Jewish Women Bergen County Section, along with NJ NOW, the Reproductive Committee of the Unitarian Church of Ridgewood and the NJ Abortion Access Fun, co-sponsored the screening of the award-winning documentary Trapped. Following the film the audience listened to remarks by Kelly Baden, Senior Director of the US Policy and Advocacy Center for Reproductive Rights. She discussed the recent Supreme Court decision which ruled that the TRAP laws were unconstitutional because they failed to advance women’s health and placed an undue burden on women’s ability to access abortion care.
